Customer service is important to retain customers if you want to grow your business. It is very important to fulfil customer needs as per their expectation.

Whatever promises we do with the customer it should be deliver on time, it builds trust of customer towards Business.

Essentially the three important qualities in customer service three P’s “Professionalism, Patience and People First Attitude”. It helps a lot to gain the trust of customer and keep the customer interest in our Business.

In every business we do find the customer service plays very vital role to increase the revenue and customer sustainability.

In Retail Industry, if any customer goes to store, first thing he checks whether store staff is entertaining him or asking his interest about the purchase. If customer has entered in the store and no one bothered about to ask him about his interest then he feel that staff is neither professional nor customer centric. Customer gives the negative feedback about the customer service of that store and he also inform to his relatives, colleagues or whosoever in touch with him about the negative for that store due to which sale never be increased.

In the different side if customer got the good service in aspect of the way store staff talks, handle the customer, it impacts the business and because of one customer, 4 customers will come and buy the product.

Each and every employee has to provide the proper information to customer about the product, its specifications then customer always happy to get the information about the product before buying to it. If the Demo gives to the customer, it adds more interest of customer towards the product.

Next Question which comes in my mind that if customer got the bad customer service and he gets irate then we have to handle him very patiently, stay calm, Listen if appropriate Apologies.

To retain customer, companies do provide the freebie or promotional products to the customer to gain their interest and it gives long team benefits to the organization.
